We're a little sensitive to cat hair in our home, but every now and then we find us a barn kitty to love on.  From the time I was a child, kitties played an integral part of my everyday playtime.  We lived on a farm, had litters of kitties and rubbed their soft sweet fur all day.  Now that allergies have been pinpointed, however, that's changed some, but pets are an important part of a child's development.  Sheknows.com features a great article on the benefits of pets in a child's life.   Here's Livi with her favorite little pet of the day at a recent party she attended.
