Quick Pilates Tone-Up with Erin Andrews

Happy Friday!  With the Holidays approaching, as well as flu and cold season, staying in shape vital! Here, Erin Andrews shows a few quick, very efficient pilates moves straight from barre studio Physique 57.

Keeping fit has so many benefits; among them? Feeling better and, oh, improved memory (yes, thank you, I'll take that)! In an article on aging from, a study found that, "Your cardiovascular fitness at one point in time can predict how well your memory may function in the future."  So, shoes on, knees's to staying fit over the holidays!
